Data processing agreement

This agreement governs RyactApps LLC’s processing of your form data. It defines instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, transfers, assistance, incidents, audits and data return or deletion.

The annexes describe processing, security measures and providers. Transfer safeguards and actual backup coverage must be documented for the relevant processing; the document claims no certification or exclusively European residency.

Send written acceptance of this version to privacy@formeo.me with the customer’s identity and address, authorized representative, privacy contact, covered workspaces and role as controller or processor. RyactApps LLC confirms the agreement in writing and supplies the applicable processing and provider record.

The agreement takes effect on that confirmation, or under a signed agreement incorporating this version. Downloading it and accepting general account terms do not execute this agreement. It must be concluded before processing where Article 28 GDPR requires it.
