The âAt a glanceâ summary helps reading and does not replace the terms.
Operator and contracting party
LittleReply is operated by RyactApps LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) formed in New York, United States.
These terms are between the user and RyactApps LLC. LittleReply is not a separate legal entity.
These terms govern your account and use of the product provided by RyactApps LLC. For a transaction covered by Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe identifies the merchant of record and additional transaction terms in Checkout and on the receipt. Link also provides purchase management and transaction support. Product support remains your contact for forms functionality and account access. The operatorâs commercial refund policy does not reduce mandatory rights or applicable transaction terms.
The service and its limits
Creation, publication, intake, and follow-up of contact forms for HTML, React, Next.js, and static websites. A stored submission and a delivered email are separate states.
Notifications, uploads, scanning, integrations, and AI replies depend on the relevant settings, permissions, and providers. HTTP success does not guarantee email delivery. This version announces no availability commitment or guaranteed timeframe.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for businesses and individuals (consumers) in France, United States, aged at least 18. Anyone acting for an organization must have authority to bind it.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and restrict access to authorized people. You can request account closure through support. A deletion request is not confirmation of immediate deletion and does not, by itself, cancel a Stripe subscription: use the billing controls or ask support to handle both actions. Shared-workspace data may still be needed by other members; support distinguishes your personal data from that workspaceâs data.
Plans, fees, and renewal
The free plan does not automatically become a paid subscription. Your selected price, currency, and billing period are shown before you confirm payment.
No automatic conversion from Free to a paid plan. No paid trial is advertised.
The subscription renews automatically for the chosen interval until canceled. The total, currency, interval and cancellation conditions are presented before the first order. Price increases do not apply retroactively to a paid period. Changes to prices or essential terms are communicated before they apply to a renewal, with the ability to cancel and any additional rights required by law. Paid access depends on confirmed payment, not merely returning from the payment page.
For eligible new subscriptions purchased through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as merchant of record for the transaction and handles indirect-tax calculation, collection, filing and remittance in countries covered by that service. The transaction seller, currency, billing interval, taxes and total payable are shown in Checkout before confirmation and then recorded on the receipt. Consumer prices include taxes where required by law. RyactApps LLC provides the product and product support; its own obligations, uncovered sales and existing subscriptions outside Managed Payments remain separate. Existing subscriptions are not automatically converted to Managed Payments.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancel from Billing by opening the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until that date and the subscription does not renew afterward.
Commercial principle chosen by the operator: a request concerning the first payment for a paid plan may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
If a paid plan does not work for your use, request a refund at contact@formeo.me within 7 calendar days of the first purchase. Identify the payment, problem, and steps taken to use the service. A refund is granted when a good-faith effort was made and the limitation is on the service side. RyactApps LLC communicates its decision and refund amount. This commercial policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
Where French withdrawal rights apply, consumers have 14 days from entering the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The commercial 7-day refund policy does not shorten that right. Using the service or accepting these terms alone does not waive it. Send a clear statement to support, for example: âI withdraw from the contract for [plan], entered on [date], for account [email]. Name, address and date.â Support acknowledges receipt. Refundable amounts are returned through the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without fees, within the statutory 14-day period after notification. These terms alone do not authorize a deduction for service already started; any exception must satisfy its own legal requirements. Cancellation at renewal is a separate action.
Permitted use and content
Customers choose their formsâ fields, recipients, and purposes. They must inform visitors and have the necessary permissions. Content remains its ownersâ property; the service processes it to provide the configured service.
Spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, and abusive data collection are prohibited. Do not use the service to request passwords, payment secrets, or identification documents without appropriate arrangements and prior agreement.
Privacy and roles
The privacy policy describes the serviceâs own processing and processing on customersâ behalf. Accepting the terms and optional audience measurement permission are separate.
Intellectual property and feedback
Rights holders retain ownership of forms, messages, files and other content they provide. You authorize RyactApps LLC and its providers to process it only to provide, secure and maintain the features you configure and meet applicable obligations. No general right to publish or resell your content is granted. The operator retains rights in its software and brands. Voluntary suggestions may be used to improve the product, without publishing your identity or private content without permission.
Third-party services
Operation depends on Supabase, Vercel, Brevo, Stripe and, when enabled, the selected AI processing chain. Their roles and activation status are described in the provider list.
Warranties and liability
RyactApps LLC provides the service with the reasonable care expected of a digital service provider. Interruptions, supplier delays and security controls can affect features; uninterrupted availability and delivery of every email are not guaranteed. These limits do not remove the operatorâs contractual duties. Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies remain available, including statutory conformity rights for digital services where applicable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms impose no general damages cap.
Indemnification
These terms impose no general duty to indemnify or defend the operator. Each party retains the duties and liabilities provided by applicable law.
Suspension and end of service
The operator may restrict a feature or suspend an account when necessary to prevent abuse, protect people or data, meet a legal obligation or address a material breach. The measure is proportionate and, unless urgency, law or security risk prevents it, the customer is told the reasons and how to request review. If the operator ends the service for another reason, it provides reasonable notice and refunds the unused prepaid portion, subject to mandatory rights. Data deletion follows the retention rules and applicable obligations.
Applicable law and disputes
For a complaint, contact the productâs support team and identify the account, payment or incident. This does not limit statutory deadlines or remedies. New York law governs the contract subject to applicable mandatory rules, including consumer protections in the customerâs country of residence. These terms impose no exclusive New York court, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Consumers retain access to competent courts.
Changes and notifications
Each approved publication will have an identifiable date and version. Significant changes must be communicated appropriately and, when renewed acceptance is necessary, presented before acceptance. A footer link alone is not affirmative agreement.
