Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions before the first installation.
Do I need a PHP server?
No. A native HTML form can post to the hosted endpoint without adding PHP or another application server to your site.
Why is the public key visible?
It authorizes public intake only. It cannot read messages or manage the workspace; private tokens and provider secrets remain server-side.
Why is a stored request missing from email?
Storage and email are separate jobs. Inspect recipient verification and delivery history before retrying.
Can I keep my existing form?
Yes. Preserve the HTML and design, align field names with the published schema, and replace the processing endpoint.
Where are the examples?
Use the integrations, guides, templates, and framework chapters linked throughout this documentation.
