Add the right recipients

1. Add an address in the private workspace and complete any required verification.
2. Assign it to the form as To or CC according to the actual workflow.
3. Publish the change and send one controlled test.

Keep addresses private

The browser sends the public form key, not a destination address. This avoids scraping team addresses and lets recipients change without editing the website.

Check plan and provider readiness

Recipient counts and email credits follow plan limits. A configured recipient also depends on the email provider being operational and verified.
