Different resources use different counters
A stored submission, each recipient email, file storage, active form, and member seat are not interchangeable. Review the workspace usage view before diagnosing a capacity error.
Start with the free service
The Free plan includes 250 submissions per month and three active forms for new workspaces. Compare paid plans on the pricing page when you need higher limits.
Monthly usage and bounded overflow
Usage counters reset monthly, including with annual billing. Review your workspace usage and plan limits before retrying a request. Optional overages require an explicitly authorized budget.
